Jim Pokorny started his real estate career in the fall of 2004 with Keller Williams, Dallas Preston Road. Building a client base from referrals and personal contacts, he enjoys working with first-time home buyers and offers keen wisdom and knowledge in all facets of the buying/selling process. He has expertise in updating and remodeling homes. 
Prior to starting his real estate career, Jim owned a national distribution company and a manufacturers rep agency, working with major retailers and discount chains throughout the United States. Marketing, selling, negotiating, managing, and training people, are skills from his business experience that have carried over to selling real estate.
 
 Jim attended the University of Minnesota with a degree in Marketing and Business. He and his wife, Lynn, have a son, daughter, “son”-in-law, and wonderful granddaughter. If he isn’t with family or working, you can find him on a tennis court. He is also very involved with his church, serving as a deacon, in the “Before You Say I Do” program and other areas of ministry.

  • Signage: The highly respected Keller Williams name advertises your property 24 hours a day.
  • Notify Purchasers: We will use our advanced computer system to identify people who have been looking for homes in your neighborhood.  They will be contacted and given the details of your property.
  • Open Houses: As appropriate, open houses will be arranged and hel during reasonable hours.
  • Advertising: We will advertise your home in appropriate publications and community our results to you.
  • Progress Report: Every step in the sales effort will be documented.  I will keep you up to date weekly by phone or email.
  • Pre-Approved Mortgages and Financing Guidance: We offer pre-approved mortgages which encourage buyers by letting them know the mortgage potential in advance.  The Keller Williams in-house mortgage company will provide financing guidance to both the buyer and the seller.
